As used in the agreement "Executive Dining Club Inc.", "EDC", "we", "us", "our" shall mean Executive Dining Club Inc.
What information do we collect?
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number and credit card information if placing a credit card order.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
1. To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
2. To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
3. To process transactions
4. Restaurants that you have ordered from may email you to inform you of events or promotions at the restaurant. You can opt-out of these emails. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, given to any other company or collected by any other third party for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your credit card payment will not be stored on our servers unless you request us to store your credit card details for future use, in this case the details are stored in an encrypted manner without direct reference to yourself.
Making Changes to your information
The Sites permit you to review and update your personal information. This is done by accessing the "Your Account" tab on the footer of each web page. In this area you can edit password, name, email, phone number and delivery address as well as edit and update credit card information. You cannot add a new credit card to this area. That can only be done during the checkout process when placing an order.

How do we respond to Do Not Track Signals?
Some browsers allow you to indicate that you would not like your online activities tracked using "Do not Track" signals. EDC is not obligated to respond to these signals nor are we set up to respond to them. On EDC Sites registering is optional and can be done on the thank you page after the order. For customers that choose not to register we collect no information other than what is needed to process the order and do not set cookies.
Do we disclose your information to third parties?
EDC collects and stores your personal information to operate its Sites and online ordering service. This information is restricted to your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and credit card information. EDC does not sell, rent or lease any of this information to third parties nor do any third parties have access to EDC customer data. This data is strictly used to provide the Online Ordering Service to EDC customers.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
Terms & Conditions
You may only use the site for credit card orders if you are the authorized holder of the credit card used for payment. In addition, if you are a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside (generally under the age of 18), you must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, your parent or legal guardian to use the site, and your parent or legal guardian must read and agree to this Agreement prior to your using the Site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you are prohibited from using the site if you are under the age of 13.
Creating a user account on this site is optional. You can order without creating an account. If you decide to create an account you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account and password and for all activities or any other actions that occur under or are taken in connection with your password or Account. You agree to (a) immediately notify us of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your password or Account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or credit card information; and (b) ensure that you exit from your Account at the end of each session. We will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or relating to your failure to comply with (a) and (b) or for any acts or omissions by you or someone else using your Account and/or password.
